  Great value, Comfortable, Very nice hosts.

  We stayed a couple of nights here in early September after getting off the ferry from Split at 9pm wondering if there was actually anywhere we could find at that time for the night. And there he was standing on the wharf offering a room in his fathers home that was clean, quite and air conditioned for a reasonable price. He was absolutely spot on! Literally 50 metres across the road in a beautiful ancient laneway in the old town and yes it was very reasonably priced. We had a great stay there and hope to be back one day.

  Great place to stay in Korcula!

  Fabulous location, in one of the narrow streets, close to where the catamaran docks in Korcula Town. The town is beautiful, by the way, with a good range of places to eat. The owner was very helpful with directions and information. The private bathroom was ensuite. The decor is dated, but who cares? The accommodation was very clean. Don't understand some of the negative reviews on here! I booked via Expedia, and would not have booked it if it was not reasonably priced and well located! Would recommend and would book again

  reservation breach

  We booked 2 double rooms with mr.Vitaic one month before arrival. I sent a confirmation reminder by mail one week before. The day before, Mr. Vitaic asked for re-confirmation. Everything OK. Suddenly, the very day of arrival (aug 19th 2017) he wrote a mail of cancellation arguing that we should have confirmed some days before --> false. We do think that somebody booked for several nights and he chose to secure more money. Not ethic at all. This is a warning to any people who wish to book in advance here!! You are not safe!!

  Friendly and accommodating

  I won't sugar coat it, yes the rooms have dated decor and the shower is small. This seems to be something people dwell on, despite the fact that when we booked the rooms, the pictures were very accurate representations of the accommodation. That being said, I don't go on vacations to spend them in my hotel room. The experience is what is most important to me, and this place provided that. The owner was incredibly helpful, providing us with a map of town and lots of helpful advice on which places to go to, which ones to avoid, and how to get to the best beaches on the island. Not to mention, the location can't be beat for the price! So by all means, if you want to get hung up on the colour of the blankets on the bed, do not stay here. But if you want a lovely experience and to contribute to a nice Croatian family rather than a hotel chain, it could be the place for you!

  Perfect Location

  My favorite thing about this place is the owners. They are so kind, and so helpful. When I checked in, the owner came upstairs to show me the room, and he spent at least 15 minutes telling me all about the island, where to walk, where to visit, and where to eat. He was one of the most helpful hosts I've ever met. The room was nice, too, and in the perfect location. There are only 5 rooms at this hotel, and if you are lucky enough to snag one for your stay, then you are indeed lucky, and will be so happy to be there.
