Top Service & Stunning Resort
We stopped here in early March and had the most relaxing time. The Hotel is very serene with spacious cool rooms with the best air conditioning we have had in 7 years in Thailand. The patios outside your rooms are supplied with Sofa/sunbeds and all lead directly onto the stunning pools with your own under water bar stools. There are a few beds in communal areas for when the sun is not on your own poolside patio, however there could do with being more available. The Breakfast was okay , with decent choice, but could have done with being warmer. They have digital thermometers, which clearly don't work. However the service was excellent with superb staff all very friendly and helpful. The location is also good. Yes its about 15min walk from beach, but this goes past great bars, restaurants, shops and temples on route. There is also the blue wooden buses going in both directions which can be flagged down right outside the hotel. There are also great local amenities with "Supper Cheap" supermarket and a great off license, both very close by. And in "Ma Ma Jins" there is one of the best restaurants in whole of Karon Beach is just across the road. ,

Happy New Year at Access Resort & Villas
We stayed at Access Resort & Villas around the New Year altogether 10 nights - and it was close to perfect. Loved the pools and the staff was helpful. We had some trouble with the air-condition, but they fixed it every time. Breakfast was adequate. recommendation. Will return.

Very helpful
We stayed for two weeks at Access Resort all the staff were so friendly and helpful especially at a time when restaurants and bars were closing due to Covid-19; we stayed B&B location was 15 minutes walk to beach along main road passed bars & restaurants all rooms have swim up pool ideal to relax end of day , we would stay again if we came back to Thailand , transfer time from airport one hour , would certainly recommend this hotel ,you can book taxis direct with hotel .

Excellent place to stay
What a great place to stay. All the Rooms have access straight into the pool which was great when you needed to cool off.. The sun beds on the terrace are extremely comfortable. It was about 15mins walk to the beach but you did not notice that as there were plenty of shops and bars on either side of road. We used the on-site spa several times which was very good. There was a good choice of food in the hotel all very nice. We booked several trips from an agent on the main road which were excellent and a lot cheaper than the tour operator. The staff were the nicest people you could have met and nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was brilliant and we met some lovely people. Would not hesitate to recommend.

stayed at the Access Resort last September for the 2nd year running absolutely gutted we cant go this year brilliant place to stay me and my husband love it cant be made anymore welcome if they tried every member of staff just treat you like family fingers crossed we can sort our stay again next year hope everyone is keeping well and really do hope to see you all next year really going to miss not being able to visit this year keep up the good work take care and will see you all next year. xx
