  Toda esta zona es muy turística, la comida es muy buena, la piscina sin climatizar, la habitación es regular como viejita, el spa no me da buena sensación, el show también bastante bueno por la noche, el Personal simpático, la playa privada con hamacas buenas.

  This cant wait...

  Its not often we are so impressed by the quality and standard of a hotel that we dont even wait until we are home to review. We are currently 3 days into our 7 night stay here at the Acanthus Cennet hotel and felt compelled to write a review already to praise the incredible staff, the delicious food and the hotel itself. Not to mention their COVID-19 safety procedures that are arguably better and more organised than in the UK. After checking in and learning due to Covid and Turkish restrictions the indoor pool was closed we decided to pay to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi. The hotel were very accommodating and moved us at a discounted rate to a fantastic penthouse room with a great sea view. Up to now having being to the main restaurant and one Al a Carte we are blown away by the quality of the food. The staff are fantastic and we are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay in their company. Well done Barut Collection- youve done an amazing job- even in such difficult times.

  Fantastic - start to finish 5*

  Weve had an amazing week here at Acanthus Cennet hotel and cant praise the hotel staff enough. From arriving at the hotel we were amazed by how immaculate and perfect the hotel was, greeted by friendly staff who temperature checked us (COVID-19) and we then sanitised our hands before signing in, our cases were taken and sanitised before being delivered to our room, all precautions are taken here, its great to see how they are doing as much as they can for themselves and of course their guests. We entered our very spacious room to see the fantastic views over the pool & sea, stocked up mini bar and nice a surprise of Turkish delight - we knew wed chosen the right hotel instantly. Due to covid and the current Turkish rules in the country unfortunately the indoor pool wasnt open along with spa etc so the next morning we opted to upgrade to the penthouse / rooftop suite as they come with a jacuzzi on the balcony so thought we could make the most of that. The staff made the room swap so easy and hassle free, they really couldnt do enough for us! The room was cleaned daily and left spotless each time by a very friendly staff member. Food - what can we say... wow! Again upon entering the restaurant each time we had to check our temperature for the safety of staff & guests, this is a great idea! The menu was excellent and a great choice for everyone, Im unsure what was the favourite dish as there were so many to choose but we managed to get through the menu and certainly ordered them more than once. The a la carte restaurants were great too, we visited the 2 which were open and are worth a visit if you can. The outdoor outdoor pool isnt heated and due to current time of year it was cold, not to say we didnt try it but stuck to the sea instead as it was warmer (another reason we upgraded to the penthouse suite). The grounds are immaculate, never saw any rubbish and were very well kept. There are a fair few cats at the hotel which its great to see that they are owned by the hotel and looked after and not wild, all friendly and come and go as they please. A big thank you to the animation team, you guys made our evenings, we spent a lot of time with you in the bar and you made our holiday even better - Mehmet, Laila & Viktoria you are a credit to the hotel!!! Our waiters Hakan & Yusuf and others (sorry didnt catch your names) fantastic, friendly and again a credit to the hotel! You and your personalities make this hotel what it is... 5*! We didnt catch the 2 ladies names at the bar in the evening and the beach bar but again they were great and friendly and couldnt do enough for us! Thank you to everyone who made our week and we will definitely see you back here in 2021! M&G

  A wonderful place

  This is really a wonderful place, just really beautiful and not too busy. One feels very comfortable here and its a place where its easy to relax. The hotel is only steps away from a private beach which has nice views and its not crowded. All the staff, including Yousuf in the restaurant, were so kind, friendly and helpful. The Animation guys - Mehmet and Serkan - are awesome. Serkan is a great DJ and Mehmet a great sports instructor. The gym / fitness center is quite large and it has everything one is used to. Overall a really nice experience!

  Paradise

  This was our fourth year returning to our favourite place, I am rather late in doing my review but as they say better late than never. We holidayed in September 2020, we were a little apprehensive due to the current situation but we shouldnt have been! We had had feedback from friends of ours that we had made over the years at Acanthus and they assured us that all was still amazing and everything well organised and set out due to Covid, yes things were slightly different but this said this hotel is absolutely fabulous! We had already booked for September 2021 as we didnt think wed get away in 2020 but we managed it, this being our 5th year on the trot fingers crossed. I had emailed and asked if we could possibly have the room that wed had the previous year, I Was so happy to find out that this had been arranged so a big thank you to the reception staff for organising this it was very much appreciated. Things were a little different this year but this was to be expected, the one thing weve never had to do before was to get up at silly o clock for a sun bed around the pool but we had to during this stay, normally you could go down about 9am and get one around the pool but unfortunately that wasnt the case during this stay. Everything first class as always Acanthus! Food, drinks, cleanliness, room, gardens and the AMAZING STAFF ! They go above and beyond anyway but having to wear masks at all times in that heat I take my hat off to you. All staff are wonderful but a few deserve a mention, they always go the extra mile and look after us and always remember us, those being Mehmet, Hasan, Merbera and Hussain at the pool bar, Adnan normally at Maison Plarge, Mr Lovely Jubbly man such a happy guy, Sedar, and the two lovely girls that always served us in the lobby bar at night (please forgive me as I cant remember your names) Kamil at the Safran restaurant and the lovely lady at guest relations that always looked after us and booked our restaurants for us and Viktoriia the aqua gym and yoga lady. This is now like our home from home and we dont want to go anywhere else now weve found this gem! Five star all the way, Truly stunning hotel, thank you Acanthus And Cennet for another fabulous holiday, see you in September. Joanne & Glenn Neale
