  The team here is united working towards the same goal they are all very friendly accomodative and loving not forgetting respectful .we were being checked on from time to time we enjoyed our meals throughout Its a very clean place and quite and I am coming back again

  Superb Service

  What a great experience, the staff were so well mannered, extremely friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make me fell comfortable.... I would highly recommend Acacia Guest House to all those travelling for business or personal purposes...... 5 Stars all the way round

  Good review with opportunity for improvement

  Conference room, very cold. Tea offered no milk. Rooms very clean, comfortable, very spacious but balcony had cigarette stubs all over. Soulful food. very appetising. service very good. what else is there to say to get to 200 words

  The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Whilst the rooms are a large size they just lacked any warmth. The shower (a huge shower with a tiny shower head) and no shelf to put your shampoo etc. tiny bath towels instead of bath sheets. No bathroom carpets. No carpets around the bed. Just the lack of attention to detail for the price was a bit disappointing. I expected more for my buck. The room however was clean and neat.

  POOR SERVICE AT ACACIA GUEST HOUSE

  What you order from Acacia website, is not what you get. Website extremely misleading. I ordered the deluxe room on the ground floor room , next to swimming pool. On my arrival, a lady took me to a room on the first floor. She told me they must still update the website and the deluxe room, next to swimming pool, is no longer the deluxe room, deluxe room is now a simple room on the first floor. She didn't even try to apologize for the misunderstanding. My sister had a knee operation and couldn't climb the stairs. I was disgusted, why advertise a room and take my money - I paid in full, and did not warn me prior to my journey to Klerksdorp ? This lady was further extremely unfriendly, further told me the manager said if we want any meals that we should pay for meals, at no time did I expect or request any free meals, her attitude was extremely poor. I left Acacia, whilst knowing that I paid the accommodation in full, and returned to Jhb. Acacia - never again.
