  Hotel moderno y nuevo

  Estuvimos durante 10 dias en este hotel de reciente construcción, el personal es amable y atento y las instalaciones muy buenas, cuenta con unnpequeño gimnasio y un restaurante (el 110 grill) de buena calidad. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortabkes aunque un poco frias, pero se puede solicitar en recepción el incremento de temperatura. El desayuno es tipo buffet, bastante variado y de calidad. Una de las mejores opciones de Worcester.

  needs new management & better training

  Racist GM Mary thinks because of her title, she is able to talk down to guests whom she assumes does not know what they are talking about. GM knew she made a mistake by the end of my trip, even admitted that the training at the hotel needed more work, but failed to acknowledge any wrongdoings to guest.

  11 Room High School team Visit

  For the second year in a row, our high school robotics team stayed at the AC for a tournament at WPI. I had a very good experience with Cindy in the group sales office. The whole reservation and check in process went very smoothly. The underground garage is an absolute lifesaver. We ate every night in the attached restaurant; we were happily aware that we didnt have to go outside in a snowstorm to our snow covered cars. The restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel but it is a welcome addition,especially in the winter. The rooms are very nice,pretty much what you would expect. I loved that you could put stuff in the fridge without getting charged because you touched a bottle. Everyone was very friendly and Im sure we will be back next year.

  Compassionate Staff

  We recently had a relatively unexpected death in our family. The deceaseds mother and two siblings traveled from overseas to be in the Worcester area for the services. The hotel staff went out of their way to welcome these bereaved travelers. They were extended many courtesies that made their stay much more comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough about how the hotel staff took care of my family. I will always look to use this hotel when next hosting out of town visitors.

  Housekeeping needs work

  I stayed last night for just one night for work and THREE of my towels had hair on them. I felt like throwing up and didnt get much sleep at all. Overall the room was clean and the hotel seemed well kept, but this is just unacceptable in my book. Housekeeping should be able to catch these things when folding the towels.
