  El hotel tiene los cuartos remodelados, muy minimalistas y limpios, sin alfombras. Es moderno, tiene solo un restaurante, donde sirven casi a toda hora. Muy práctico parquear el carro enfrente, muy cerca del lobby. La atención es muy buena. Tiene cafetera con cafés y tés incluidos diariamente. Una tienda muy pequeña donde venden primeras necesidades.

  Excellent hotel. We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect

  This is an outstanding hotel. We enjoyed this hotel much more than a very famous hotel we stayed in down-town the first night, and it was so nice we stayed an extra day. We had a view of the bay from our window, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff and management were A+ and I want to say how great the General Manager Reggie and the Assistant Manager Yolanda were. They really went above and beyond, and are part of what makes this such an exceptional hotel. The amenities are excellent, and one of the nice things about the AC Hotel chain is little things like the crafts for water in the hallway by the ice and water machines. Personally, I really like the clean, minimalist style of decorating the AC chain uses, and their Interior decorators do a great job making each hotel unique, but consistent within the chain. If I was to return to San Fransisco I would absolutely schedule my stay at the AC Hotel again, without question.

  Highly recommended!

  This is a very nice hotel, at a good location near San Francisco. The hotel is wonderful, the room was great and we enjoyed the terrace and the lake in front of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only downside: I don't know why hotels and architects think that a slide door for the bathroom is a good idea... It sure looks nice, but a bathroom door needs to fulfill some specific requirements.

  Covid Safe, Surprisingly Great Beds

  We stayed here for 5 days last week. We were in a suite overlooking the bay, which was an added treat. We needed to visit family in San Francisco and chose this after scouring reviews of the surrounding hotels north of SFO. (Most go from bad-to-horrible.) Our room wasn't available when we arrived, shortly after 3 after a 7+ hour drive from San Diego. We had to wait 30 minutes. However, this IS Covid and the front desk manager was extremely apologetic, adding a perk or two for the inconvenience. I'm not sure what AC's Covid rules were, but the room was not sealed, and appeared to have JUST been cleaned. Either way, it was very clean and we felt very safe. There was no housekeeping during our stay, which was to be expected and was was fine, since we mostly just slept there. For breakfast, we used the nearby Starbucks; it's about a 3-minute walk away. Oh, and the bed: I was dreading the bed and the linens. After all, this is not a JW Marriott. But the beds were extremely comfortable, helped by the linen, which I expected to be stiff and scratchy.) The towels, well, they remind you that you are NOT in a JW Marriott. They're more along the lines of what you might expect, but fine. The overall decor, as the photos show on the website show, was Scandinavian sleek, which helps keep things extra clean during Covid. One other thing: Unlike most hotels at this level, the HVAC was a central unit in the room; much quieter, more efficient and responsive than the wall units (yes, you, Hilton Garden Inn) have.

  Can't wait to return!

  What a wonderful and beautiful hotel and experience! Upon arriving to the area around the Hotel, my friend and I felt very safe. There are mainly just big business buildings and other hotels in the surrounding area. They have a parking lot and parking fee was very reasonable compared to other Hotels. We didn't have to wait that long at all to check in even with the new COVID guidelines. The staff was professional and efficient. The Hotel is beautiful and clean. The views are wonderful and there's a lot of windows which was great too. Once we reached our room, we were impressed with the Room too. The Room was clean and well kept. Lots of nice amenities and the beds were comfortable as well. Overall, I feel so fortunate to find such a clean, wonderful and reasonably priced Hotel in San Francisco. Can't wait to stay here again in the next few months. Thank you!
