  Hotel recien abierto

  Hotel de muy reciente apertura, hasta el punto que estrenamos la habitacion. Aunque esta junto a la estacion, esta perfectamente insonorizado y no se escuchan ruidos exteriores. Camas muy comodas, habitacion amplia y muy bien decorada. Ropa de cama de excelente calidad Estupendas vistas a la plaza de la estacion, incluso desde el baño.Fuimos los primeros en alojarnos en esta habitacion, faltaba alguna cosa, pero rapidamente fue solucionado por el personal, muy amable y competente. Como unico fallo, el ascensor, bastante pequeño y la inexistencia de rampas para llevar las maletas. Parking publico en las proximidades, muy barato (5 euros dia). Muy cerca del centro de la ciudad.

  Excelente opcion

  Un hotel ubicado frente a la estación central de Mainz y a cinco minutos caminando de los principales sitios turísticos de la ciudad. Posee buena infraestructura, se conserva con buena limpieza general. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio con lo básico como para no perder el entrenamiento durante el periodo de la estadía Nuestra habitación era pequeña pero confortable y con un buen baño. El desayuno bastante copleto y variado en alimentos. Excelente atención del personal que se puso a disposición en cada una de las situaciones en que requerimos de su ayuda. Un hotel muy recomendable.

  Good location. Nearly perfect

  We arrived by train from London so the location of this hotel was fantastic opposite the main station HBF. It was very cold that day but the room had not been pre heated and had no underfloor heating/radiators. I had to ask for a mini heater and report the temperature which was then adjusted for me. The hotel room was very spacious with high celings. The room was very quiet and had a lovely modern bathroom. I don't like the glass bathroom doors that seem to be in fashion but that is just me! We also had a very nice coffee machine and little fridge which was most welcome. We had breakfast included and on the first day it was very busy and understaffed. The next three days were very peaceful and pleasant. We ate twice in the restaurant and the food was very high quality and we very much enjoyed it. I found all the staff to be warm and friendly. The lady in the breakfast room in the week was lovely and really made the difference with her warmth and helpfulness, The only things I would change with the hotel would be-better heating control in the winter, varied restaurant menu with some bar food when you don't want a posh meal, more English TV channels and beds without wheels on their base. If I ever come back to Mainz I would be very happy to stay here,

  A pleasant hotel at reasonable cost

  This boutique hotel is opposite the railway station with good connection to anywhere in Germany, including of course the Frankfurt Airport and City. My upgraded elite room was on the fifth floor, overlooking the Bahnhofplatz, spacious and heat adjustable. The service was courteous.On Saturday morning had an enjoyable walk to the Mainz Cathedral and Market.

  Great weekend stay, very pleasant and a safe feeling

  We stayed for 2 nights in August 2020 in Mainz in AC Hotel. The hotel is perfectly located at the beginning of the old town, right across the main Train Station, with a public parking garage ( Bonifazius) right next door (10 per day). The hotel has also a good working airconditioning in the room (#206), which is a plus in the heatwave that we were in at 38 degrees! We were greeted by the lovely Jasmin, who did everything in her power to make our stay as comfortable and safe as possible, even in these challenging times. In order to make distancing possible for all guests, we had to reserve a time slot for the breakfast ( weekends only) and we were placed in the 8 to 9 time slot ( breakfast is till 13.00 in the weekend, monday again till 10AM. That worked well for us as we had a full day planned ahead. there are 4 breakfast options, we choose the "Adam and Eve" platter, which consisted of a delicious omelet with grilled veggies and a cheese platter as well as coffee, juice and a basket with different kinds of bread. The monday we missed the breakfast, but the reception employee Oscar went out of his way to still organise the breakfast for us at 10.15AM, and also he was very helpfull guarding the luggage while we got the car out of the storage. Jasmin and Oscar really made this hotel very personal and although it seems to be more of a business hotel, they both made it feel like a home away from home, even for us non business travellers. Keep it up, and lets hope we can come again next year in less challenging circomstances.
