  Guest Associate who goes above and beyond!

  As I check out today I would not like to dwell on the negative but to just express how front desk guest associate Pamela went out of her way to turn my frown upside down. I purchased a dessert in ATL to enjoy while staying in Louisville. I left it on the table in my room packaged in its original packaging (I threw all garbage in the garbage prior to departing the room for work). When I returned to my room with cutlery to enjoy, my dessert was missing. I checked the fridge and all over the room and could not find my dessert. I called guest services because I was livid. Pamela answered. When I checked in my room, my sheets were dirty, then I got stuck in shower for three minutes because the glass doors would not roll back, then this! Pamela called me back and asked me the details of my dessert because she felt so bad. She proceeded to go out of her way to order me a dessert from a local bakery, Sweet Surrender Dessert Cafe. It was the first time in history staying at a Marriott that an associate ever went out of their way to be hospitable. Pamela thank you. Outside of everything I described, the hotel was in the NULU area, close to many restaurants, the hotel bar does a bourbon old fashion drink presentation everyday and you get a free drink. Once my sheets were changed the room was very comfortable. Thanks again Pamela for being apologetic and resolving my complaint.

  Hip Oasis in the middle of NULU

  Cleanly styled, hip location in the middle of NULU section of Louisville. Staff recommended a very good local restaurant nearby! Decca Great workout facility and all the well thought out room design touches that we have grown to expect from Bonvoy Brands. Great European style breakfast with terrific coffee selections. We will absolutely plan on staying here on our net visit to Louisville!

  Amazing!!

  I had a great time staying at this hotel. Even though it was short lived each front desk assistant showed great character & didn't mind helping me if I needed it. I look forward to coming back & staying at this very location. I just hope it'll be post Covid next time!

  Excellent stay and now pet friendly!

  Had a repair issue at my apartment so I needed a place to stay for a few nights. The AC Hotel in Nulu was perfect. Had a very positive experience. Staff was nice and wore masks. Provided hand sanitizer and wipes in the room. Room was very spacious and had a seating area. They are also now dog friendly, which was perfect for my situation! I've recommended this hotel to friends and family before based on the location, and now I can also recommend based on my experience. Having Bar Vetti be able to deliver to my room is also a great amenity!

  Great Stay

  I am a local but had a friend coming into town for the night. My initial impression was fantastic for the price. Its in Nulu which is about a half a mile from downtown. They have off street parking and walking up to the front desk the it was clean and the front desk agent had her mask on and she was very accommodating. The elevator was secure, so you had to use your key to access your room. The room was on the third floor, it was immaculate and it cool, it had somewhat of a city view but the location was great. We had reservations for dinner at River House but opted to cancel those and just try what was around there and we werent disappointed. There are a lot of options. Galaxy bar had some great tocos and a fantastic margarita, outside seating is limited, it started to rain so we walk to a bar call taj. They had outside covered seating and it was clean. Then just walked around and tried a few other place but its a great area and we felt safe. I would certainly stay here again. .
