    Amazing!

    We have stayed here 3 times since the beginning of February and we will never stay anywhere else when were in Cincinnati! The staff is amazing!! Special shout-out to Malachai and Peyton! If youre not lucky enough to meet one of them, every other staff that we have come across is just as amazing! They have gone out of their way every time to make sure our stay is top notch. 10/10 will recommend to everybody!

    Amazing property and team

    I travel 3-4 days a week for work. Booked the AC same day as I was driving into Cincinnati. Was excited about the location, but didn't know what to expect. They offered a Valet Package when booking which saved a few bucks. Hotel is beautiful. Location is unbeatable. But it was the team that welcomed me and went above and beyond that made the stay phenomenal. Brittany Hall didn't just accommodated my room request, she took it to the next level. Brittany and Austin [and another lady who's name I didn't get] recommended a fabulous place for dinner and went out of their way to field additional questions and make recommendations around the area. Their engagement made for one of the most memorable stays in a city I've had in a long time. I'll definitely be back!

    Great location, and amazing views!

    The location and views from this hotel are unbeatable! Whats better than opening your windows to a view of Great American Ballpark in your immaculate hotel room? Within walking distance to many restaurants and the river walk. Staff was very friendly. Check in and out are easy. During our visit, they were renovating the roof top deck, but didnt experience any construction noise, though we were advised we might. Will definitely stay here again! They set the standard high for our first trip to Cincinnati!

    We had a lovely time at this hotel! 10/10! The rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and offered great recommendations for food and activities around the city. Would definitely recommend staying here!

    Awesome!

    Its always so hard for me to find a hotel.. cleanliness/up to date/friendly staff.. And this place was all of that.. we had a view of the strip where everyone was just doing their thing. It was interesting to watch! They have valet parking, a 5th floor rooftop bar, and an open bar in the lobby, on top of the professional/well-dressed, amazing staff, the clean, modern rooms, this place was just amazing. Every time I visit Cincinnati I will be staying here! So glad I found this place. 10/10!
