  Very poor hotel

  This is more like a back packers. Room are dated, the mattress on the bed I was sleeping in had the springs poking through. When I complained they asked me if I was checking out, poor customer service, they obviously dont care about paying guests. The photos they show of the hotel rooms dont not give a true feel of the place. Parking is a nightmare. Would not recommend this place. If I could score a -5 I would

  DONT STAY AT THIS DUMP!!

  There are some nice motels around Hamilton, do yourself a favour pay a few more dollars and stay somewhere a lot nicer. We booked into a room as our teenage son was having an operation at Waikato Hospital. He was discharged earlier than expected and we wanted him close to us so we could monitor him overnight. Management wanted to charge us an extra $60 to put a camp stretcher in the room and supply sheets!! Their compassion is zero as is their customer service. All they could see was $$$$. The rooms are shabby, outdated, cracks all up the walls and the photos on the website make the rooms look a lot more appealing than they actually are. Definitely never coming back!! If I could put a minus 10 as a rating I would!!

  Think again before you click 'book'

  The rates are a bit of a joke, if it was 60 a night, you'd get what you pay for and your expectations would be in line with what you spent. A low budget motel, covering the basics. Bed and a roof for the night. But their rates don't prepare you for a half-assed motel room, yes dated and crap beds as per other reviews on here, but cobwebs everywhere and chipped bathtub did not entice. And if you're a fan of cockroaches and ants you'll be pleasantly surprised when they start rocking up late at night! Party on! Go somewhere else if you're spending in that price range. Plenty of places that are worth the money.

  Not nice!

  Stayed here because it was close to rugby stadium but was super noisy no insulation at all even heard neighbours snoring!! Room smelt like cat pee but the bathroom was clean. Very old motel. Will definitely read reviews in future.

  DO NOT RECOMMEND

  JOKE OF A PLACE We were greeted by 1 very nice polite women and another women whom didnt even acknowledge us being there. No hello no welcome just WHAT ROOM YOU LOOKING FOR! Yolanda is your name and your a pathetic women in the wrong bloody business! Customer service? What a joke Yolanda. calling the police. just to have 10 police officers wasting there time to come down and see nothing wrong with anything we were doing. Why werent we arrested? Why were we able to stay? Why did we get our bond back? Why does another man (stranger) complain about service and get police called on him? And everyone let go? Because Yolanda, your own service is pathetic and Im guessing you are one of the managers or owners! How sad. Consider a new job because customer service is not where humans like you should be! Oh and dont forget Yolanda you called us racist! For what? Who even says that!? Not one time did we mention any bodys race. Not one time! What a joke. We got to see You And your staff play that card too many times on too many different people and it was only one night, imagine how many other times you racially play the victim. Literally like begging to be realeased from prison. PATHETIC
