  ROOM: I booked a room with 1 bed for 2 adults + 1 bed for a child - when we checked in the room hasn't the bed for the child and when they tried to put it in the room it was impossible to open the window and the closet since the room was very small. It ende up my 2 yrs child slept in a camping bed but still we could open the window or the closet but not both together. No discount or apologize for this - RATING = 0 RECEPTION: We forgot the pump for inflatable gadgets by the swimming pool and the next day I asked if someone found it. Instead of hearing "Let me check for this, I'll be back to you" what I heard was "You need to ask to somebody else" - I don't blame them for my mistake but what I do expect from receptionist is they will take care of the problem on came back to me with the answer - RATING = 1 BABY TOOLS: The castle and all the other tool to entertain the children were in bad shape and moreover in the garden next to the area it was full a smoked cigarette - RATING = 1 SAFETY: Both the balcony and the room doors were very easy to be opened by a little child and from there it was even more easily to jump from the balcony or run to the stairs. I know to keep an eye on my son is my business but if the hotel would change all the handler with more secure one that will ease the parents time. Moreover the babydance was just few steps from the swimming pool and this prevented us to relax while our child was there running all over (maybe a kind of barrier for the evening activities could help - RATING = 2 GALLIA BEACH: This is a quite poor beach location. The tools for children are not in good shape and they do not provide any miniclub activity (I don't see my 2 years child playing darts) - RATING = 2 SWIMMING POOL: This was the main reason we choose Abarth and it was as good as we expected. Clean water everyday, temperature just right morning and afternoon, good numbers of place where to lay or seat. The only con was the fact that there isn't a very low level for child to stand in the pool - RATING = 4,5 FOOD : Everything done inside the hotel was very good. Taste are personal issue so I just want to praise the hotel for the freshness of the food, the ability to cook it, the possible choices, the selection of fruit and the presence of ice cream every lunch. We didn't like a couple of things such as the machine for the breakfast (everyday it was spilling liquid and we were seated just in front of it) and the evening dessert (bought and presented) - RATING = 4 CHILDREN ACTIVITIES: As said before almost everything was too complex or too dangerous for a 2 yrs old. I can say the girl who handled "child actvities" was doing her best but that's it - RATING = 3 WRAP UP: My rating is very low especially due to the room. We spent 8 hours at night + 3 hours in the afternoon in the room so half of our vacation time was spent in this very very small place and my child had to sleep in a camping bed. Probably with a room with more space my rating would be higher up to 3. Anyway this hotel could be good if you have a children older than 5 and if you end up in the bigger rooms we have seen (which are bigger than the one we had but not big ... just the minimum allowed by low) SUGGESTION: Please work hard to improve the life of parents with few low cost activities such as: -BETTER CHILDREN AREA WITH NEW ACTRACTIONS -EVERY MORNING REPOSITION AND CLEAN THE "GRASS" BELOW THE CHILDREN AREA -CLEAN THE AREA BEYOND THE CHILDREN AREA WHICH IS FULL OF SMOKED CIGARETTES -IMPROVE THE SAFETY AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL ESPECIALLY FOR EVENING ACTIVITIES -IMPROVE SAFETY IN THE ROOMS WITH SECURE HANDLER WHICH CAN BE OPENED ONLY BY ADULTS (i.e. press and turn)

  Pretty hotel for everyone

  I've spent here ten days in july with my family and it was all perfect! Abarth hotel is like a huge italian family. There were many families, with babies too, students and couples. We've eaten so much italian food and people here were fantastic. I truly recommend this hotel ti everyone!
