  Like me,a bit tired!

  Used this motel as a base for one night to do a family pickup from Whatawhata. I didn't book the unit, if i had might have stayed at a different place. Showing it's age, very outdated decor and old fashioned fittings. Bathroom mirror peeling away at the edges, no plug for main basin( there was 2 so had to use the secondary one,a bit strange). Having said that, the room was very roomy, comfortable bed, Sky tv and airco if required( didn't need it so wasn't tested.) Wifi wasn't an issue as i had my own. Quite a bit of noise(talking mainly) and had an experience of someone banging on doors at about 1am, mine included, don't know what that was all about but sister next door didn't hear it,maybe it was a dream. Restaurant on site which was very handy, food was nice but service slightly lacking, topic of a separate review. Motel is on motel mile with good access, check-in not manned but a phone call from the reception soon got some attention.

  Awesome

  Absolutely awesome clean tidy room. Even got a free upgrade from small room with bath to big room with a spa bath and 2 extra beds. The fan in the bathroom didnt work but no worries. Opened the windows and it was fine. Outstanding service will return

  Wonderful Management!

  We had booked to stay here while in Rotorua but we did not have a contact number. We arrived late in the afternoon and it turns out that there was a water problem with the suite that was earmarked for us and the the Inn was full. No being able to contact us the management at Aaron Court arranged for alternate accomodation for us at a nearby, quite new motor inn - a bit more expensive but Aaron Court took care of that. Too bad as the newer units at Aaron Court looked quite nice. Hard to rate the property as we didn't stay but kudos to their management - we sure appreciated their looking after us.

  Needs a tidy upfantastic chef though

  Lack of maintenance in the rooms is pretty obvious. The rooms are well appointed, but need to be updated. Things like bathroom mirrors cracked from one side to the other, and when brought to owners attention, response is oh yeah, I know..., but after a few months, still not fixed. Things like that. Brilliant staff, awesome meals. At the end of the day, my employer pays for my accommodation, so its all good.

  Aaron Court is in a great location, central to Hamilton CBD, a short walking distance to a number of yum cafes along Grey Street. The super king size bed was so very comfortable. The spa bath an added bonus. Friendly and helpful staff We have stayed here previously and can highly recommend
