  Very Enjoyable Week

  My family spent a week on the beach in Phase 1 and thoroughly enjoyed it! The ocean view was wonderful and we loved the three bedroom, two bath unit with a kitchen. We were able to cook when we wanted and it was not far from many wonderful restaurants and shopping.great access to the beach and the beach was not terribly busy all week. We had a very nice time. Washer and dryer for this unit were very nice to have as well.

  Wonderful Birthday Week!

  We stayed in 2J, a two bedroom/one bath condo. It was absolutely big enough for the both of us! The kitchen is really nice with beautiful round table. Living room has leather couch and recliner as well as a pull out couch. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and it is absolutely the most comfortable bed I have slept on. The other is a full bed. Both bedrooms have great furniture! Bathroom with tub/shower is nice. I loved the mirror/medicine cabinet over the sink. When you open it, it has a mirror inside too. That definitely helped me when putting on makeup. Washer and dryer was a wonderful addition although the complex has a laundry room on the first floor. The ocean view is really nice and I could hear the ocean early in the morning when it was really quite. Directly across the street is a Public Walkway so it's so easy to get to the beach. There is a large pool, however, being November we didn't need it. There was a renovation going on down the hall and in changing the tile, there was dust which went out into the hall. Unfortunately or fortunately, the fire alarms went off in all condos. We learned that the fire department has to come and reset the alarm. They (fire department) were there very quickly. That is so reassuring for renters or owners there. The location is great. Near the beach, restaurants, and grocery store! It is within walking distance to Cherry Grove Pier should you want to do some fishing or just to get your steps in for the day! Great place!! Highly recommend.

  A Place at the Beach-Windy Hill

  My husband and I own 2 weeks in this complex-Week 30 and 33. We own a 3 bed, 2 bath water-front condo. (sleeper sofa in LR) The complex is 3 stories, total of 6 units at this location. Fully furnished unit- WD, DW, MW , 2 TVs, phone, towels provided, starter set of dish detergent, etc. 2 car parking per unit at this location. Additional cars can be parked at the check in office-.8 miles down the street.. We have used one of these unit every year since we purchased the first one in 1984. In 1989, our school year changed so we were able to purchase the earlier week 30 for our vacation and we rent out the other week 33. The screened in porch facing the ocean is a wonderful way to start the day at our condo. The back porch facing the car park has the enclosed W/D and storage area for items you might want to store during your stay.
