    Hotel refused to cancel/change my booking

    Hotel refused to refund or change my booking when I was unable to travel to Thailand due to Corona virus. Reservations desk kept saying that Agoda was at fault, however it was up to the hotel to make a decision under this circumstances.

    Near to beach, pub, bar, massage parlor

    First thing you need to know is if you like a spacious room then this Hotel is not for you. However, if you are alone or two, you can enjoy in this Hotel as it is really good. They have ample space for you to sit under air condition in reception - so no worries of standing in a crowd. Right opposite to reception area they have open sitting restaurant for complimentary breakfast and for paid as well. sometimes they send guest to their other Hotel's restaurant which is right in front of the Hotel so no worries. In total, they have 3-4 Hotels in that area next to each other. Rooms are quite small but are cosy and beautiful. They have a small toilet and washroom including one washbasin and a refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping and reception is excellent. They all understand English. Beach is just 2minute walk away from the hotel. 7eleven and bike taxi are nearby including every catchy place like walking street, mall, bar, massage parlour, pub, etc.

    Good for singles and friends, bars and restaurant is good. Freelancer available in all over the Pattaya. Pattaya is paradise for singles and group tour person. Koh larn island is good for fun. Easy access to this island

    Wonderful experience

    Beautiful hotel at an awesome location. Beach is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread of dishes from different cuisines. The room was comfortable & modernly furnished. Nice amenities. The staff was helpful & polite. Will definitely visit again.
