  Incredible Trip to A Great Mountain Retreat

  I came here for a three day trip with three of my friends. The condos were very well furnished and kept up with. We were very pleased with the cleanliness as well. Without a doubt this has now become our go to place to stay when skiing in Vail.

  Vail Realty was excellent!!

  The condo was updated, clean and great views. Located in Vail Village. Short walk to the Gondola One. Vail Realty turned me on to some great restaurants and night life. One of the BEST values in Vail. I'm bring my family to Vail on Memorial Day weekend and will book through Vail Realty.

  Second Trip to the property

  Had a great time once again at 9 Vail Road. Just me and 3 buddies, told Vail Realty that I wanted a place with 4 real beds....gave me exactly what I asked for. We needed nothing fancy, just a decent place to sleep and use the hot tub. Great job, and priced right! See you on the next one.

  Vail Realty - Vacation MVP

  I have to say that the guys at Vail Realty really made our ski vacation this winter. In the past, we had gone through various booking sites and private owners to book our accommodation rentals at Nine Vail Road. However, after talking to our vacation "neighbors" last season, they suggested making the reservation through Vail Realty, who runs the front desk. I always thought the benefit of booking independent was saving money and cutting out the "middle man." However, at Nine Vail Road, nothing could be further from the truth. I knew things were different this time around - as soon as we showed up! We checked in with Vail Realty, and Lee Williams immediately identified us as serious skiers. Lee has lived in the Vail Valley for 25 years and gave us some of the best suggestions for powder stashes on the mountain. My teenage boys knew Lee was the real deal - they saw the heli skiing pictures in the office and right away were plotting our course the next morning for the back bowls. Between being treated "like a local" and getting some of the best ideas for Apres Ski and hot spots for dinner, I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received from the staff at Vail Realty. We will definitely be back!

  Quaint Lodge in the Heart of Vail Village

  Great location surrounded by Vail's best hotels, but full apartment for far less! Great Value! Pool and hot tub. However, do not make the mistake of not booking through Vail Realty who apparently manages the building, runs the desk, provide cleaning and pool towels.. We made that mistake on our 3rd trip there and we got absolutely no service. We will not make that mistake again.
