Good location, good valueOverall this condo lived up to our expectations. It wasn't a five star hotel but the price compared to the furnishings and amenities was a good value on Grand Cayman. We wanted a two bedroom two bath for our family of four and it worked out perfectly. We regret not using the kitchen more since food on the island is very expensive. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of beach, but since beaches are public it is easy to find alternatives.

Coral Beach ExcellenceWe had the most amazing time. We booked the 7 mile beach club getaway through our Carnival cruise. The owners of this space planned this experience out with every last detail. After a short bus ride we arrived at Coral Beach and we were escorted to the beautiful beach. There were plenty of chairs but not too to many. They had music playing and servers waiting to assist us once we got seated. We had Megan as our server and she was absolutely amazing!! This girl will hustle to keep the food and drinks coming. They tag your chair with a #, enter your order on a tablet and within 5 minutes or less the guys bring the food and drinks right to you on the beach! The food was absolutely outstanding! Very elegant presentation and so tasty! We just wanted a snack so we had fried pickles and mac n cheese bites. The couple next to us had the coconut shrimp and said it was the best they ever had. I highly recommend the 7 mile beach club experience to anyone visiting thAt just wants to relax at the beach. The only downside for us is the weather was mostly cloudy most of the time. The sun did finally come out about 30 minutes before we had to go.

Relaxing vacationLoved this property 2 bedroom was spacious clean. Balcony was fuurnished wish is wasnt so hott there would have loved to sit outside more. Everyone working and staying at the resort was so friendly. My family enjoyed are stay pool was huge very warm water Hot tub but it was to hott outside to get in for more than a minute. You can go next store to get gree tour bus to turtle attratiction. Only downside we had rm 18 so they were doing all the cleaning , fixing and painting in front of our room they wasnt loud but eveytime you went out buch of people looking at you. Check in was easy but a little hard to find its a room just like you stay in so soon as you pull in its on 2nd fl. Movie by the pool was fun and loved the aerobics great instructors. Definately would stay here again. Market .restaurants near by walking distance. Rented a car by left side of rode driving scary. Definetly go to snorkel and see stingrays awesome expierience.

Seven mile beach resort and clubWe stayed for 4 nights in February. Booked on very short notice. Office staff very nice and helpful. Our 2 bedroom condo was very clean. All new appliances , washer and dryer. Our unit was facing the road but had no issues with noise. The resort is not on the beach. There is a building between the resort and the beach. Beach is very small and setting up your chair can be difficult. We didnt use the beach however their pool is very inviting well kept and lots of shade. Cost with tax was $300. US. a night. Very reasonable considering it was high season. Highly recommend the resort.

home away from home except for the loud roosters every morningWe had a generously sized 2 bedroom ground floor condo overlooking the pool on one side and the parking lot on the other. The bedroom facing the parking lot also was near the dumpsters. About 5 AM, we were rudely awoken by the crashing and clanging of the dumpsters as it was garbage collection time. This was unfortunate for my son, who needed to rise early to meet a scuba dive pickup. And that was after we had already been sleep deprived from our 6 AM flight the previous day. The roosters, cute during daylight hours, scream like they're being strangled on frequent intervals, beginning at 11 PM until the early morning. I'm not sure if they were this noisy because they were near the dumpsters. Our other bedroom faced the pool, and we did not hear the dumpsters or the chickens at all. My son ended up joining us in our room two of the nights when he couldn't take the noise anymore. Luckily we were there over XMAS and Boxing day, when there is no garbage pickup and there was less of an early morning crowing fest. Other than that, the rooms were beautiful, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms well appointed and clean, the kitchen full of every appliance (microwave, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer) The kitchen had a full wrap around Corian counter space, lots of utensils and plates and cups. It could have used some measuring cups, but I improvised anyways. It also had cleaning supplies, but I had to buy my own laundry detergent. It also would have been nice if it had had spices for cooking. A full sized refrigerator (could not get ice maker to work) was handy in storing our leftovers. We saved a lot on food by shopping at nearby Fosters and cooking our own breakfast and some dinners. The conveniently located pool was spacious and mostly empty. The hot tub was a pleasant way to meet other guests and relax at night. I liked the screened in lanai where we left our clothes to dry overnight under the ceiling fan. The living room couch was also comfortable for hanging out and converts into additional bedding. We had our meals at the glass dining room table. It was easy to stay here. The beach front, however, was sadly eroded away at this location and offered absolutely no place to put a chair. To reach the beach, we had to jump off a high up step onto flea infested seaweed, only to wade through more disgusting seaweed until we reached the neighboring resort. The Marriott next door actually rakes away all the seaweed, leaving beautiful sand to enjoy. It also afford its guest several rows of beach chairs. But it is also much more expensive than this condo, so be prepared to enter the beach from the stairs I mentioned before, or walk around the front of the hotel and enter that way. The 7 Mile Beach Resort and Club offers free passes to a neighboring resort. We never took the time to try it but it is probably worth doing if you intend to spend a lot of time on this beach. We spent most of our week on tours and scuba dives, which pick up in front of this condo. The staff was nice here. Definitely go to the orientation on Monday, where they tell you what to see on the island, while serving the most delicious donuts and juice. This is where we met our tour guide, Gilbert, who you must hire for the best private personalized tour ever!
