  nice stylish apartments

  we stayed here for one night from Warrnambool it was lovely nice apartments with all one would ask for with a well built kitchen. spacious rooms and nice place to unwind and break your journey from 12 Apostles. supermarket and restaurants arent too far either they just a walking distance. they also have a nice bbq grill. they have nice balcony's where you could just sit back and relax enjoy the nice breeze.

  Dissapointed with service and cleanliness

  We stayed one night. The 3-bedroom apartment we rented was dirty. We experienced a lingering smell of old grease, stains on the living room furniture, dirty floors especially in the main washroom (accumulated dirt) as well as dirty and greasy pots & pans left in the kitchen cupboard. Although we shared our concerns with the manager and walked through the apartment with her, she was dismissive and treated the lack of cleanliness has being minor. She washed the pots and pans and never returned to address the rest. The internet connection was slow. The beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment is walking distance to restaurants. Overall, not good value for money.

  Cleanliness needs to be addressed

  We stayed here for 1 night, what a disappointment! The apartment was dirty, cobwebs in the corners of the bedrooms and in the windows, dirty bathrooms, dirty couches, greasy & filthy barbecue, overgrown weeds where there's a clothes line making it impossible to hang clothes to dry. Poor internet connection. Management leaves to be desired, needs improvement. Only positive the beds were comfortable and clean, good location.

  Good property but charged us unfairly

  We booked the place and were quoted $355 per night for 7 adults as according to them there were 7 places for sleep. We were not sure it there would be 7 or 8 people and were told if there is going to be eighth person they will charge us $40 extra. We were ok with that . Finally when we went to stay we were only 7 people not 8 so we wanted to pay $355 as per the quote but the owner simply did not want to charge quoted quoted price of $355 but still charged us $395 saying we were getting good price and all other sorts o arguments to support their stand. This was our third trip to the same place but they simply disappointed us this time. We were quite surprised with their unfair attitude and charges and won't go back again.

  fantastic place to stay

  4 girls time out was fantastic,clean and spacious ,very happy indeed, everything we needed was available ,felt safe.will return for sure,car parking at the door ,loved the tellie and couch in the loft was perfect for our teenager.great view from up there as well.
