  One of the best hotels in London

  HOTEL - LONDON 45 park lane is one of the best hotels in London. We booked to stay for three nights in a suite, at the time it cost with breakfast just over £1,000 per night, I have just checked and the same suite now is £1,800 per night. One of the nicest rooms I have stayed in London, overlooking Hyde Park. There is a cool cocktail bar on the first level and Cut Steak restaurant is also within the hotel. Outstanding 5 star service. The only negative we found was that the door staff were a little rude and not very friendly, we asked for the hotel car to take us to a local restaurant, we got the impression this was putting them out. We noticed they werent at hand to open the door either, if they were stood chatting to each other, they were happy to let us struggle with our bags.

  Best hotel & staff in london !!!! Amazing!!!!

  We absolutely love this hotel. I can not fault anything, from pulling up with the car to leaving everything was amazing. The service here is incredible. If you want to feel special you need to stay here. The location is amazing!!!! We walked through Hyde park to Harrads, which took 10-15mins Very central to everything. We have stayed in a suite and in a normal room and both were beautiful and clean: the views across London and Hyde park are spectacular. The beds are super comfy , you get slippers and robes to wear, also packs with masks and hand gels. Lovely touch Tea coffee biscuits ect... The beautiful bathrooms are marble and super super clean. Turn down service in the evening is lovely to come back to after a meal out. Breakfast in the room on both occasions have been amazing the English Breakfast is super good. The scrambled eggs are my favourite. Weve always been greeted my the most loviest of staff. I especially want to say thank you Raul Deflorian For always looking after us so well. He asked about our family upon arrival Which was lovely. He is by far the best manager / front of house weve ever experienced. He truly is an asset to this hotel. THANK YOU AGAIN! and we will be back for sure !!!

  Favourite London Hotel!

  Since not being about to travel due to C19 we have been coming to London every fortnight. Having stayed at many London hotels 45 Park Lane is the absolute best and highly recommend to everyone. The attention to detail, friendly and helpful staff and location plus great catering choices means we get everything we need and more.

  Checked in. Room looks clean and in very good condition overlooking the Hyde Park . Staff was friendly. This hotel was recommended to me by my sister from Dubai. I hope my stay will be pleasant. First impression is good. Thank you

  SENSATIONAL

  I had to wait 90 days to do another review of our wonderful stay at 45 Park Lane. And since then we have stayed twice. We stayed last minute in November for my 30th Birthday. Again wow..... just wow.... upgraded to the Penthouse And then again for Christmas (the start of December) The Hyde park suite. Thank you again Raul. And lovely to finally meet you John. Not only was the food , drinks and service 5* The staff here feel like family, everyone remembered us from previous stays, engaged with our children and made us feel like we were home. To say this about a hotel I find magical. We were super lucky on our last stay we were able to go into the new Spa and swimming pool. Which our children absolutely loved!!! Especially with the current restrictions over the last year, it made life feel normal again, it was the highlight of our year. The swimming pool / Spa is beautiful. We had complimentary towels, robes and slippers. The whole spa smelt divine. And super clean. So thank you again 45 park Lane. Especially Raul. I also wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the restaurant staff, one evening we had a small appetiser (small bread balls with cheese) I told the waiter it was exactly how my great nan used to make them. (it was a flash back eating one) The next morning a box of them was delivered to our room! I actually wanted to cry it was such a kind gesture. I wish I knew everyones names as I want to thank you all so much. You all deserve a HUGE thank you. I cant state how much we cant wait to come back and stay. Its our little weekend of heaven staying with you all. And honestly the BEST HOTEL & STAFF.... You must stay here when visiting London, you will not be disappointed.
