  Un hotel superior en una ciudad de ensueño

  Excelente hotel, desayuno sublime, una atención de primera, un spa de lujo con todo lo que se requiere e incluido en el costo de la habitación. Y todo en una ciudad soñada, lejos la mejor de Lago di Garda, Bardolino

  Un encanto en Garda

  Excelente hotel con una atención de primera. Desayuno maravilloso. Un spa impresionante con todo lo que se requiere y mas. La atención del personal muy muy buena. Los jardines, la pileta, los interiores del hotel espectaculares.

  Lovely Hotel but..........

  Lovely hotel and a very enjoyable breakfast, with a good variety of food. The room was comfortable with a nice garden terrace. The door to the bathroom stuck and was heavy which made it difficult during the night. The furniture in the room needs updating as it was chipped in parts.The bar area had no atmosphere, and it almost felt as if we were intruding. But my main complaint is that we found the staff unwelcoming. The girls that cleaned the rooms were the most friendly, one girl on reception helped us with tickets for the opera, but apart from that it was most unwelcoming. I have worked in lots of areas of customer service, and I know that to encourage people to return, or give good reviews is good customer service. But this hotel is lacking.

  Excellent low season choice

  two adults for a 2 nite getaway. Low season, Oct, excellent prices. Location also perfect, on side street about 10 minutes by foot from the port. Parking also very good and included if needed. The hotel is a bit funky I would say. Has tons of antique furniture and objects scattered everywhere on ground floor, sorta like a home rather than a hotel. Some dated other very nice. The highlight of the hotel for us was the gorgeous and hidden garden area with a lovely lovely pool area. Obviously we didn't swim but must be exceptional in hot months. a hidden paradise. The other highlite was the indoor outdoor spa pool, you can swim out and sit in bubbles and then come back in. Not for more than 8 people but very nice. We enjoyed that and massages. the spa set up was a pleasant surprise. breakfast gd floor dining room. Good but not outstanding. The rooms however are very dated. Old sockets so not room to recharge without unplugging things. Dated decor but that is also in foto on site so we knew that. We were however surprised how small the room was. balcony nice. All in all an excellent choice for us and enjoyed the weekly fleamarket too on thursdays.

  Well-run family hotel

  We enjoyed 5 nights here in December. The hotel wasnt very busy but in the run-up to Christmas that was no surprise, yet the quality of the place shone through. Our room was a reasonable size and pleasant with a small balcony giving views of the garden and hills. We used the Spa which compared well to others in simlar sized hotels we have stayed in ski areas. The Breakfast buffet offer was of good quality with plenty of choice although personally I would have preferred a different coffee. There is plenty to do in the area even out of season - we toured the lakeside one day, mostly on foot, went acroos the lake by ferry another, took a trip into the mountains (to the ski resort of Madonna del Campiglio) another day.
