  Tulipanes para ver

  Fue nuestra primera parada en Islandia, una casa super bonita! La vista que se tiene de la sala es una jardín lindo con tulipanes de colores! Claro, esto porque viajamos en mayo. Jon nos dejó la llave donde habíamos acordado, así que no hubo ningún problema para el ingreso, alquilamos una camioneta y la pudimos dejar sin ningún problema en la calle. 100% recomendado

  Location & Cleanliness: Perfect

  The location of this property was wonderful - on a quiet residential street - an easy walk to downtown and to the Old Harbor area. A convenience store nearby. Near major streets - so pick up for tours was easy. We stayed in the annex, so had a private entrance, and quite a lot of room as well as a kitchenette. Space was well appointed - standard things travelers need were there. Pots and pans were available, as well as some pantry items. It was easy to get information from the proprietor - even just questions about the area. There is a place to store luggage prior to check-in time, which was very helpful.

  Good choice for a guesthouse.

  The apartment was neat and clean with everything that we needed for our stay. The location was very central and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The host was very accommodating. I am happy to provide a good recommendation for 32 Tungata.

  A great base for a family in Reykjavik

  the apartment at 32 Tungata was everything its description made it out to be and more! We were three generations in the 4 bedroom deluxe apartment, a real luxury that it is split over two floors so we didn't have to worry about waking the baby sleeping upstairs while we were having dinner downstairs. It's within easy walking distance to town and the harbour... we never needed a car at all there. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including enough space on the sofas for everyone... not something every apartment can boast! Getting in and out was easy with coded entry and contact with Jon was quick and helpful. It may be a little on the expensive side for some, unless you're filling all the beds, but it was worth every penny and we would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

  Nice location, spacious apartment

  Positives: 1) Very spacious apartment at the bottom of the stairs - two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom. 2) Free, fast WiFi connection. 3) Free street parking. 4) Well equipped kitchen with a stove, various pots and pans, kettle, microwave and fridge. 5) Iron and ironing board were available. 6) The location was reasonably central, 10min walk to restaurants and shops. 7) Toiletries were provided. 8) Large flat screen TV. Negatives: 1) No tea/coffee. 2) the apartment was cold - some of the heaters were set up, so that you couldn't turn the heat higher. 3) One flimsy, thin pillow per person - no extra pillows were provided.
