  Excellent in Every Way

  One of the highlights of our stay in Tainan! Though we didn't get the breakfast package, this hotel is close to everything: breakfast cafes, restaurants, stores, trains, busses, and even malls. With a bit more effort, a bunch of night markets, too! Room was large, comfortable, clean, and modern. Bonus: the hotel had modern security so the floor felt very safe. Finally, and best of all, every staff from manager and down, were friendly and as helpful as possible. As tourists they found cabs, private drivers, helped with laundry, and found info for various places. Well done!

  Nice Lovely Hotel

  Stayed for a night. Room is huge,clean and bright. Bed is super comportable. The room design is is modern and sleek. Full room ammeities were provided. The top floor of the hotel have a mini garden and reading room. Can spend sometime in the evening to enjoy the peace. Staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast served is ala carte but the portion is huge and is tasty. Nearby the hotel have lots of food offerings. Defiantly a great hotel to stay in if you are around the area.

  Wonderful hotel with very nice touches

  The location is good with lots of eating places around. Room is bigger than expected. Service is very good and very personal. The reception brings us to our rooms and also take order for breakfast for the next day. The seafood congee has big prawns and a scallop as well as other seafood. House maid leave a lovely note each day to says what has been done. We wrote back to say thank you and ask for an extra pillow. It was prompted delivered the next day.

  Excellent service, lovely design, wonderful stay!

  We stayed in the Executive Room. - Great location! It is less than 10 minutes on foot from the Tainan TRA station. Do note that it is not the same as the Tainan HSR station! - Really friendly concierge with excellent service. We were too early for our check-in and had to leave our luggage at the reception, and they sent it straight up to our room when it was ready. We were also personally escorted up to our room and given a short brief of the room and hotel amenities. - Modern, clean, large room, artistically-designed! - Housekeeping left a personal note after cleaning our room, and made two towel dinosaurs to accompany our chicken stuffed toy that we won from the night market. It brought a smile to our faces! - Beautiful rooftop area to hang out! We almost skipped checking it out due to laziness, and were glad we didnt. We would stay again!

  Good location

  Stayed at this hotel for 2 night~~ within walking distance from tainan station.. hotel lobby is quite small but the room is spacious.. the staff are all quite friendly, hotel left notes welcoming us in Tainan.. since i came on 3rd day of lunar new year they provide chinese new year cookies and sweets. Walking distance to food source and some other attractions.. anyway tainan is rather small so by taxi is very near to any destination spot you wanna go. Overall hotel is so so, decent hotel. But probably wont be back again.
