  Modern and comfortable

  I loved the hotel, unique modern feel, very nice room, comfortable bed. Only drawback was they are way overboard on this COVID crap. Total nonsense doesnt make anyone feel safe just really annoying

  Beautiful hotel with COVID obsession

  A stunning property in an excellent location adjacent to downtown Rockland. The views from the rooftop are amazing and how cool is it to have a weather station on the roof? This hotel is so unique...but... Unfortunately the COVID policies of the hotel are uninviting, childish and absurd. The irrational response to COVID from this hotel borders on hypochondria and insanity. Hopefully theyll lighten up in the future because it really is a wonderful hotel.

  A little disappointing

  I had found this hotel on Tablet hotels and was excited to try it, but ended up being pretty disappointed. The building itself and lobby were very nice, and the room was fine, although nothing special. The problem was that all of the extras and amenities ended up being let downs. The tv in the room was a 'smart' TV but only had cable, and you couldn't even access the channel guide- you had to look at a printout from the hotel. The TV then stopped working during my stay. The provided tablet in my room was left unplugged and was dead, but even after finally turning on, there was very little info provided. I was expecting that as a listed amenity, it would at least include some kind of guide to the town or restaurants. There was only one elevator that was very slow, so getting up and down from the top floor always took a little while. The roof was nice, but much smaller than expected. The biggest issue was the included breakfast- a yogurt, a cup of blueberries, and a piece of cheese. You also had to request that someone at the front desk go in the back in order to get a cup of coffee. I understand a basic boxed breakfast, but this one was just sad. The people were all very friendly, and maybe in normal times the social aspect and improved breakfast set-up would make this a more enjoyable experience, but I left feeling disappointed.

  Lovely Stay and Surprised Find

  My partner and I had a one night stay at the hotel. The staff and facility were top notch. I would highly recomend it. Was surprised to find a modern designed hotel in northern Maine. Nice to get a glass of complimentary wine and a light breakfast we well.

  Perfect Place to Stay

  Incredible location with views over the scenic water front best sunrise I've watched! Safe and welcoming guidelines in place making you feel comfortable on your getaway. Staff was top notch Ruth, Jillian & Kade were very responsive and helpful. The amenities were wonderful and a nice touch for people looking to spend majority of their time in the room. It was extremely clean and overall would recommend to anyone looking to getaway for a while.
