  Hotel muy interesante y entretenido

  Fui a este hotel de negocios, es realmente interesante lleno de obras de arte moderno, muy colorido y con un gran bar. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, realmente vale la pena quedarse ahí. Recomiendo revisar las obras de todos los pisos ya que son todos diferentes.

  Great Trip, Great Location, Great Staff

  We had an amazing trip to Louisville Downtown and our stay at 21C museum Hotel was wonderful. We celebrated my wife 60th birthday. Thank you to Adrian at front desk, very friendly and accommodating even if it's his first week, I can say he is a great asset of your hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer!

  Very good!

  Stated only for one night but was a good experience. Staff was super nice, the room was good (it helped that it was a corner room with many windows) and the chicken from the downstairs restaurant for room service: It mustve been one of the best chickens weve eaten. $30 for valet is a little bit steep for the area, you might find a more reasonable alternative. But overall: Would definitely go back and one day in the future well also dine at their restaurant given the food was excellent.

  Quirky/Elegant Artsy

  My first time at a 21C property. The rooms were a good size and lights in bathroom were cool. Being able to browse art whenever we wanted was cool. Property is also a great choice for staying near the Louisville Slugger Museum/Factory. Downtown was very quiet when we visited. Service was a little off, not sure if it is their policy or it's due to Covid, but I could get no change at the front desk and as an elite member of loyalty program I had vouchers for drinks. I could not use these for a coke (they have a very small selection of drinks/snacks) even though the bar was closed. It would be much cheaper to use for a coke, but alas, was not allowed. Very disappointing.

  Dont Miss This Extraordinary Hotel

  The weekend after Valentines was the perfect time to visit the 21C in Louisville. They had a great special on rooms.... as you can see... we had a wonderful view of the river and David. Our room was comfortable, modern and clean. Wonderful toiletries. The galleries are filled with stunning art, available to see anytime if you are a guest. Dont miss the hotels restaurant: Proof. We will be back.
