  Concepto moderno dentro de un ambiente distinto. Gente que trabaja con gusto

  Me alojé en el hotel durante 3 noches, un concepto nuevo para mí, un edificio viejo remodelado en hotel, entiendo que era una fábrica donde ensamblaban modelos T; todo moderno y distendido (relajado), el lobby y alrededores engloba una galería de arte moderno interesante. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas, que se refleja en el buen colchón (muy normal pero muy bueno); buen baño. Pero lo mejor de todo, en mi opinión, su personal, siempre atentos y amables, pendiente de sus huéspedes y con una sonrisa en la cara, me hicieron sentir como si hubiera estado muchas veces. El único inconveniente que conseguí, es que está un poco distante de donde iba, siendo que distante es menos de 10 minutos de donde tenía que ir, y no sé que actividades tenga cerca. La zona está en vías de remodelación, en poco tiempo supongo veremos muchas más atracciones y sitios para visitar cerca.

  Room for improvement

  Disappointing. The museum theme is interesting and unique. I enjoyed viewing the art, though much that was exhibited was grim and dark commentary on humanity. There was a problem with the reservation. Rooms werent ready and check in not allowed until after 6:30pm. The room lacked a working alarm clock, but was otherwise adequate. The hotel provides no parking except via valet service. Some of the hotel personnel encountered were disinterested and not at all helpful, though this was not true of all. The desk was understaffed (one person) at critical times and they are ill-prepared to deal with groups. Be prepared to stand in lines. Now, the very best advice I have for future guests is to check your credit card statement carefully. I am now trying to deal with doubled charges for a room and they dont answer phones at all having closed to guests due to corona virus concerns at this time. I will choose another hotel next time.

  21c Oklahoma City

  21C in Oklahoma City is the best hotel in OKC. I will only stay there when traveling for work or to visit. The rooms were incredible . 21C sets the standard for what a hotel stay should be like.I have stayed at all of the major hotels in OKC for when I have traveled there for business and 21C has never dissapointed, only blown me away with being above and beyond in every way.I will only stay at 21C now after having such a lovely stay there. The location is also great. You can easily walk to a lot of restaurants, shops, and various points of interest from the hotel.I can't think of anything that this hotel could improve on. You can feel confident that you will enjoy your stay if you stay at 21C/ OKC.Five stars all of the way!

  Best Nice Surprise of the trip!

  I cant say enough great things about our short stay at this hotel in OK City ! What a pleasant surprise ! We are driving across the country from Los Angeles to Atlanta and wanted to stay a night in Ok City. This hotel was one of the best experiences of any hotel I have stayed throughout the world . Imagine staying in a Modern Art Gallery in a chic room with great service and a really great bed and you have 21C! This is by far the best hotel of the trip ( Have stayed in Las Vegas, Flagstaff, Sedona , Santa Fe, OK CIty and Memphis so far ). This hotel is not to be missed . I have never heard of these hotels before and now want to stay in their other hotels throughout the country . Due to Covid there was no food or drink to have in the hotel ( only drawback ), but there was a great restaurant and coffee shop next door that the hotel recommend , that were both great . I think the name of the restaurant was The Social Assembly ( or Club ). The Art in the hotel was great to view , and we were even able to work out in the gym . This hotel is a CANT MISS! The whole idea of a great hotel , surrounded by great art, in a historic building ( this hotel is in an old Ford Dealers Re-assembly factory and showroom ) is a BRILLIANT idea !

  A Depressing Concrete and Glass Block Bunker

  I applaud the hotels COVID Safety precautions. You could tell they were taking it very seriously from the check in partitions and temperature checks to the policy of keeping rooms empty 48 hours between guests. The check in was very courteous and professional. However I cannot describe a more depressing room than the Light Well Suite. It was three concrete walls facing a dingy light well. No windows. I really felt like I was in a concrete bunker cell. I requested to change rooms but there were no other rooms available. From the website the other rooms that actually have windows that face the exterior seem much nicer. But this room was SO GRIM. Now I want to caveat this all noting that we are in a pandemic. And I have empathy for the people working during this difficult time. Its important to give extra grace and I do. However unrelated to the pandemic why would a large king bed in a room reserved for two people only have three pillows? We requested a fourth pillow and it arrived promptly. We ordered room service. It took twice as long as they estimated for the food to arrive (50 minutes) and when it came they only delivered cutlery for one person even after specifically asking on the phone how many people required cutlery. So we sat while our $60 meal got cold and waited for more to arrive. The food below average and not cheap. However the staff was very friendly and again working during a pandemic. Anyway if you stay there avoid the Lightwell Suite, request extra pillows and avoid the room service unless you have lots of patience. I think the Taco Bell across the street would have been a better cost/value option.
