  Beautiful and unique

  Art and comfort. A great and unique hotel. Rooms and very spacious and well designed. Staff is engaged and have personality. The gallery has very impressive art that has changed every time I have visited. Restaurant and bar is beautiful and tasty. My favorite hotel in recent travel history.

  Top Notch Service and Excellent Room

  My husband and I stayed at 21c for two nights to attend the Chiefs Super Bowl Victory Parade. We had a corner suite and the room was clean, contemporary and comfortable. We arrived with the hotel with a cooler and there is not a mini-fridge in the room, besides the small one stocked with mini-bar items. There also is not an ice machine on the floor. We had to call housekeeping to request ice and when Keeshea arrived in our room with a small bag of ice and saw what we were trying to keep cold, she soon returned with her coworker Patricia and a mini-fridge for us, without us even asking. We also experienced over-and-above levels of service from a manager named Alexa. I would return to this hotel again just to check out the art exhibits. I definitely recommend to others.

  Perfect KC Staycation spot!

  Enjoyed our luxury staycation at the Savoy! We had the corner king room with an amazing view! Walking distance to the river market, jazz lounge, street car and plenty of places to eat! Looking forward to our return!

  Lovely boutique hotel

  Having lived in Kansas City for many years, it was wonderful to see the Savoy come back to life! The hotel is lovely and it has been updated very well. The room was comfortable and very attractive. I love that they have a Nespresso machine - best in-room coffee ever! The bathroom is updated, but a little art deco, too. Nice that there's a robe. The hotel has art galleries, but the particular displays at the time I stayed were disturbing and not appropriate for children. The hotel is downtown and a couple of blocks from the trolley, so convenient to get to Power & Light District and Crown Center. Great place overall.

  Great last minute find, but nowhere to eat

  We had a great last minute deal and the hotel were super careful in cleanliness and safety factors. However the restaurant was rubbish, we were looking forward to a grand meal to celebrate together and instead there was hardly anything to eat in choices. The menu (viewed on a phone) was very limited, no fresh fish, only one steak, a beefburger (you can get anywhere) and things like spicy cabbage with bacon fat or grits. A huge letdown. Another time we'll book and pay more for at least a breakfast.
