  Nice quaint little boutique property!!

  The property is a very quaint little one with 19 rooms only hence the '19' in the name! Situated quite close to the beach (not Calangute!!) it's about a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are actually small cottage like arranged around the swimming pool (well 12 to 14 of them are around the pool). The rooms are basic but comfortable. We had 3 rooms for our group. The Air Conditioning in all our rooms was super efficient !! The bed linen and towels were clean. The property is ideal of groups and families as the units are very nicely arranged and you can spend some quality time in the pool and its conveniently located near the rooms. The dining area for the buffet breakfast is very basic and the spread is also basic. We preferred ordering the room service at times and it's available 24 x 7 which is good especially if you are a group and need to satisfy your hunger pangs at 3 am types!! The staff is courteous and will try to help you when needed. The pool is nice & clean and it s a big plus that they have a sunken bar where you can enjoy your drinks without leaving the pool Overall a nice place and ideally suited for groups. Do not expect any fancy treatment but the basics are in place

  Great little place

  This is a lovely little spot. Room is a cottage that has a big room, comfiest king size bed ever and good bathroom. There is a minibar, tv and AC in room and each cottage has a little veranda. Location is lovely and quiet, but close to shops, beach etc. Staff were lovely and friendly. Taxi for airport to and from was arranged for us, no problem. Husband has his birthday whilst we visited and was gifted a bottle of wine from hotel. Would definitely book again

  A very comfortable and friendly Stay!!

  First and Foremost thing - Very very cooperative and helpful staff! Really impressed with their commitment to cater to the needs of the guests, be it day or midnight or even past that. Go for this resort just for the management if nothing else. Very helpful. The property in itself is very good. At a very calm location, just a street away from market. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms well maintained and hygienic. Pool looks small in pics, but it is reasonably big and good fun to spend time in. We ate at the hotel once only, that too Room Service. The food was tasty. Only gripe we had that the lights in the room were very dim. Could have given option of a brighter light. Feels dim especially in the night when you cant remove the curtains and get that daylight in the room. Very good stay. Highly recommended.

  Good little resort near calangute beach

  We stayed in this resort on our three day trip to goa This place is very near to the beach as well as the many famous night clubs in the area Plus Location is very near to the market and beach Staffs are very quick and responsive Place is clean and tidy Minus Very narrow street and parking space is small Feels congested as rooms are small and very close Need driver quarters as there is none and they have to sleep outside No difference between superior and classic

  Close enough to the beach, Far enough from the maddening!!

  We stayed here for 3 days in February. The hotel staff was super friendly and responsive (even to late-night requests for blankets etc). The pool and the poolside gazebo were our favourite place to chill. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with their people and stay close to the beach.
