  NYE 2021 Gem

  So glad we selected this B&B based on prior reviews shared. The 3 course breakfast was wonderful each day. Homemade cookies (still smiling). Thanks for the complimentary champagne to bring in NYE 2021. We enjoyed our stay and morning exchanges with our host Shawnie and Willie!

  Friendly, Comfortable and Amazing Innkeepers

  You will not be disappointed staying here. Shawnie and Willie made our stay Christmas week one to remember. We stayed in the Zelda Room, which is the whole 3rd floor, steam shower, cozy robes, and very comfortable relaxing accommodations. They made us feel like part of the family and the breakfast served each morning is definitely a meal to savor over. Going back again and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Delicious homemade cookies 24/7, doesn't get any better then that.

  25th Wedding Anniversary trip

  This was our 2nd visit to 1900 Inn and it was wonderful to go back. Our room was spectacular (The Fitzgerald) with twinkling lights embedded in the heated bathroom floor. What a treat! Wonderful fireplace and cozy chairs. Breakfast was awesome and we had so much fun talking to the other travelers. Complimentary gourmet cookies and specialty coffee anytime we wanted. We relaxed and enjoyed our 25th wedding anniversary so much. Thank you to Willie and Shawnee, owners and hosts. You made our trip special.

  A much welcomed change of scenery

  My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful, restful, 6 night stay at the 1900 Inn on Montford. Willy and Shawnie are fabulous hosts! We were missing Mardi Gras in New Orleansthey made us the cutest breakfast on Mardi Gras day with Willys Waffles with Mardi Gras colored whipped cream! It was the sweetest little detail. So thoughtful! We stayed in the Rossetti room, which is as beautiful as pictured, with a shower and jacuzzi tub sent from heaven. Comfy bed, cozy sheets, a warm fire place...I didnt intend to sleep as much as I did, but I guess I needed it! Pure luxury. We brought our dog with us and this room was perfecthe had a little courtyard to himself to explore and go potty. They even had little dog bowls in the room (thank goodness because I forgot his at home!). The Inn is very convenient to downtown. Even during the slow season, we were always able to find an Uber into town to go check out all the beer Asheville has to offer. Our two favorite restaurants were Curate and Jargon, both of which were listed in the convenient online guest book provided by the inn. Willy actually suggested Jargon to us while we were chatting after the Saturday music/wine social hour. And wow...holy steak tartare...Jargon was fabulous! Curate was also unbelievable. Speaking of the Saturday social hourbe sure to include that in your plans! We also booked a 90 minute couples massage with the Inn. The therapists were wonderful, and come right to you. Id recommend taking advantage of this! This was our first stay at a Bed and Breakfast, and we were completely spoiled by The 1900 Inn on Montford. If you have the opportunity to stay heredo it. You wont be disappointed! Thank you again Shawnie and Willy for everything! Your attention to detail is unparalleledyall were clearly destined to do what you do! We hope to come back again!

  Wonderful B&B

  Wonderful Bed & Breakfast with fabulous hosts! Great location - can walk to downtown, great location to blue ridge highway and great hikes. Our room is beautiful and breakfast spectacular! We will return!
