  What an Amazing Stay!

  We decided to stay here off of recommendations and we hit the jackpot. I could go on and on about how awesome this place was but what made the stay was Greek Hospitality. We arrived late and Michael met us and let us into the villa. The fridge had wine, water, and juice. Since we arrived so late he said they would bring us Breakfast in the morning as a treat. It was delicious. They did the same thing on day two and it was good. We thought that the service couldn't get better until Manuel came and gave us a presentation on the surrounding area and what we should see. He also sent us a list of restaurants that we should visit. We were there over a holiday and they delivered us a plate of sweets to celebrate. They also set up a new thing where you can have a chef come to your villa and prepare a Greek meal. It was delicious and we enjoyed talking to Michael and the chef. The house was amazing. 3 bedroom with 2 baths. The kitchen was fully stocked and the private pool made my kids want to stay there forever. I can see us coming back in the near future and will definitely stay in these villas again. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality.

  All about money, no customer service

  Totally disgusted at the way the owner has dealt with a situation, which was clearly a mistake. I booked a hotel for next year and then realised I might of got the dates wrong, so cancelled within about 5 mins and thought I would double check. My booking.com, said it was free to cancel, but turned out it wasnt. Thats another issue. So instead of trying to understand what I was doing, the owner tried to take the full amount out of my bank, which was stopped and then tried 24 other payments, till he got two payments, which was a total of £350. I asked him to refund this, as I was looking to book again, which he told me No and that it was his RIGHT to take my money! So I am now down by £350 for a 5 min decision and Im glad that I wont be going here, if this is how he deals with customers before they come, I dont want to know how he would deal with them on his property, if there was an issue. Clearly this man has never made a mistake before! Totally lost a family booking for £350 and I hope that others figure this isnt a place to stay before booking. Karma will come! Will now be booking a holiday for next year somewhere else and with better customer service.

  Amazing Villas with fantastic hosts

  This is the second time we stayed with 12 Islands Villas. Again, Manuel is being the perfect host! This time, his mother helped us when we arrived and we also get to meet his family at one event in their hotel (Kolymbia Sun). We thought last time, that it was perfect, - shame on me for not writing a review then... But it's better, as they have even improved. Let me start with the service of the host family: When contacting Manuel before our stay, he even helped us getting a rental car. Everything worked out perfectly. When we arrived at the villas, I gave him a quick call and 5 minutes later he and his mother came to welcome us. The fridge was filled with some drinks to get started with. Our package included breakfast, which was ordered for 08:30. The delivery came everyday between 08:29 and 08:35. Breakfast was varied a little every day. It's good and we had more than enough. We also got invited to a Greek Show including dinner at their hotel, where we were also offered some drinks and we had a great night out. The villas also offer the possibility to order food from the hotel. You have to try some of the burgers (all with black Angus beef), especially the "Colossus", the Jack Daniels Burger and others. You order by calling the reception and the delivery usually takes around 20 minutes, all at a reasonable price. One of our highlight everyday were the cleaning ladies. They are wonderful, doing a great job and always smiling. This time we traveled with our small child of 7 months. Every time the ladies see him, they smile even more and play with him a little. So, the service, the people, the hosts are simply fantastic. We felt welcome and could enjoy our stay to the fullest. The villa: Well, the villa had 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a private pool. It was very clean and we got fresh towels and linen when we asked for (they would change it everyday if needed, but we thought, that doesn't make any sense...) The area: The beach is pretty close-by and the little village is also in walking distance (roughly 15 minutes, with a small baby it was more like 25, so we took the car many times). It is a calm area, perfect for relaxing and just enjoy. We couldn't ask for a better host, better staff or a better villa. We are very happy, that we found our little paradise for the upcoming spring vacations.

  Very nice time !!!

  We have been staying in 12 islands villas for few days in August 2019. It's was very good experiance. 12 islands villas are apartaments with high standards. Villa Chalki-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen and private pool. Everything is clean. You can order food which will be delivered directly to villa. We really recommend it !

  What an amazing villa! I have no negatives,only positives. Spacious,tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean(with 2 lovely ladies coming in to clean every day), aircon that actually worked efficiently, in every room. Attention to detail, nothing was overlooked. Kitchen fully equipped, lovely pool,sun loungers, bbq, the list is endless. Oh and a selection of pillows for your comfort. What really made our holiday special was the owner,Manuel. Nothing was too much trouble and he was an outstanding host. The villa is quiet and peaceful and appears to be remote,yet within 10 minutes you can walk into town with bars, shops and restaurants, and although the beach isnt the best on the island,it is clean and comfortable with all amenities. I give this holiday 10 out of 10 and we will be back.
