  Hidden gem!

  We booked Unit 1. My husband found it on Airbnb and after a few disappointing visits to other accommodation in Warrnambool we hit jackpot finally. Beautifully presented, clean with all linen provided and soaps and mini conditioners and shampoos. A dryer and washing machine are included. The upstairs room is huge but there is no door to the room or upstairs bathroom for privacy . Downstairs there is a private room and a fold out softened option for an extra bed. The private room has access to the downstairs bathroom and a door for privacy. Two bathrooms and two toilets makes the stay wonderful when you have more than two people. There are electric blankets on the main bedroom beds also. Only downside is downstairs can be quite cold, there are two oil bar heaters provided which take the chill of the air somewhat. Kitchen is adequately supplied with the bonus of a microwave stove and dishwasher. TVs on all levels and a DVD player with the main TV. Stairs up and downstairs so not suitable for anyone who cannot manage stairs. There is secure carparking u underneath which can be tricky when full and if you have a large car like our ford territory. We will defenitely return again on our next visit highly recommend.

  Fanstastic- loved this place. High on recommend

  Beautiful apartment, quite area, across from park. Hardwood floors and appliances all top notch. One of our favorite places we stayed in Australia. The access (number keypad entry to keybox) was easy, and everything was above expectations.

  Room for Improvement

  Overall not a bad setup this so-called "executive 2 bedroom apartment". Can't say its energy efficient: there's windows everywhere & all equipped with cheap window blinds. No curtain. Our group checked in after 2:30pm. To be fair that is not being inconsiderate: their so-called house rule indicated check-in time 3pm, check-out time 10am. The issue was the owner suddenly appeared from the basement 5 minutes after we just managed to unload our bags & set down on the couch. She came to retrieve several items of clothing the previous guest(s) left behind. That's fine. However after we vacated the apartments the next day (at 8am, way before check-out time 10am), the owner sent us an email reminding us that we didn't observe the 'house rule' (3pm check-in time). Excuse me? At 2:30pm we arrived, knocked & no one answered the door, so we used the code to get the key & entered - just after 2:30pm! Not after 3pm? Yes but what a fuss! We did everything as per rest of "house rules", took out the cabbage, used utencisl in the diskwasher etc. Thank you madam, we can read, understand & observed your house rules - with the only crime that we check-in 25 minutes before 3pm! Now not to put too fine a point on the so-called quality of the building and furnitures, the noise made by the connecting pipes between the floors is an issue (i.e. noisy for anyone using the foldering beds - which we don't. TO be fair heating in the lower floor bedroom can be improved say by replacing the space heaters with proper air-conditioner as in upper floors. For the record, we are being considerate just by using only one space heater. Thank you very much.

  Amazing accommodation

  We had the pleasure of staying here in room 5 for the second time.It is a beautiful apartment with everything you need.Close to two great restaurants and the beach.The apartment is very modern and spacious.It is two story and even though the weather was extremely bad,the unit was so cosy and warm.The spa is also great.Maria was very nice to deal with and very prompt at getting back to me.We went to Pippies at the bay across the road for dinner and it was excellent.

  Great position, very clean and presented beautifully, if you dont like stairs opt for the ground floor, walking distance to shops, parks, information centre etc. very quiet, and a great balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunshine!
