  Spacious Rooms

  Rooms are Spacious and Clean, My room was on 2nd Floor and lift was the only concern, 7/11 near just a few meters away, you can get taxi very easily, for train station there is a bit of walk around 15-20 mins.. Very Helpful staff.

  Good Location

  Have stayed at this apartment many times. It is located in a quiet area of Sukhumvit 22. The room are spacious,clean and tidy. It has very good security unlike other places i have stayed at in Bangkok. There is a 7/11 near to the apartment with almost everything you may need. There are many bars and restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk or you can get a taxi for 40 baht. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes the nightlife but also wants a quite area to stay in..

  Nice spacious, secure and serviced studio apartments in a very central location

  101 serviced apartment is a very clean and secure property. I would recommend this property and the value for money is great for such a central location. No pool and no breakfast and no room service so therefore do not expect a hotel service if you are staying here rather somewhere central and near to everywhere. Would recommend 101 any day. Thank you to Madam who always looks after us.

  Be careful of the electricity charges.

  I stayed there for over one year and although the manager is a very good host I must say that the owner is a greedy person when it comes to electricity charges and that I paid over 3,500 bhat per month for electricity charges and I feel that it is way too excessive and inappropriate. If you want to then please pay the daily rate which includes all service charges. Furthermore it was a very difficult situation when our deposit was withheld and not returned fully. Be very careful of this apartment. Service charges are a rip off.
