  at the heart of nimman road.

  best budget hotel in Nimman area. good service amd clean room. free wifi available. can walk from hotel to enjoy night life at Nimman road. There is no big parking area available if you plan to park here. ( can park only 4 cars max ). No restaurant available in the hotel.

  Great value and unbeatable location

  We booked a night at the 1 Nimman Gallery Hotel on a whim so we could spend a night in Nimman without having to find a ride home. The design of the hotel is nice and exemplifies traditional Thai style well. The room was also kept very clean and I didn't find any problems in that area. I'm a little bit of a stickler when it comes to beds and found this one to be a bit hard but it didn't bother me too much. A big bonus is that Ristr8to (best coffee in CNX) is extremely close to this place. Would definitely stay here again!

  Very beautiful hotel

  Located in the best area of Nimman hip road, stay in this hotel is a great experience. Room is beautiful with a touch of Thai culture and modern furnishing. Staff is very helpful. Great value of money. Next to hotel, there is very good family restaurant. They serve many kinds of noodle food and curry dishes with reasonable price and very clean.

  Good budget hotel - Northern Thai design

  The room was well-design. As they said it is a gallery so most of the decoration stuffs in there were very unique. It is might be a bit noisy because people walk up and down (there was no lift).The location was very good for travelling around. It might be a bit of problem because the traffic in Nimmanheamin Rd was quite bad during the rush hour but if you like walking, this place is an ideal. Also, coffee lovers will fall in love with this hotel because it is surrounded by various kind of coffee shops.

  Great location but noisy guests~

  I stayed here 8 nights and the location couldn't have been better. We were close to tons of great shops and cafes and resturants. The general quality of the room and facilities were okay - not exactly my style but unique and interesting. We had a room located right in front of the stairs in the back of the building so there was no fresh air which made it a little stuffy in the morning and the sound of other guests coming and going all night was a bit noisy. Some sort of fan or air vent for air circulation would have been nice - we just spent a lot of time outside at one of the many beautiful cafes nearby. There were a few nights (about 3) where a few REALLY NOISY DRUNK guests were shouting, laughing and clomping up and down the stairs at 2~3am. The bathrooms tended to get a little smelly after repeated use so we had to keep the bathroom fan on 24/7 during our stay but everything was fairly clean and well maintained. All things considered, it could have been better but we were satisfied in general with our choice.
